FIRST FLYER (2008)

Very first flyer I drew when I first moved to the city of Los Angeles, 2008.

COMMUNITY ARTS (2013-2017)

The Cedar Center was one of the few places where art and music shows would occur when I was attending high school and college. I volunteered between 2008 and 2011, sharing my skills as an illustrator to promote upcoming art and music events.

In 2012, a few local artists and I obtained the materials necessary to restore one of the vacant Cedar building to start a new community art gallery called the Cedar Community Art Center. The first community art center of its kind in the area, it opened May 3, 2013 with an open community art show and live performances from local bands.

ASSORTED ILLUSTRATED POSTERS (2008-2018)

The power and inspiration that a community art center can generate is what influenced the majority of my illustrated art work between 2008 and 2018. From my hometown, to other parts of Los Angeles County and even as far as Chicago, I continued to collaborate with bands and organizations from all around to create posters for upcoming events.
